Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have questions regarding your account, insurance benefits, or payment options, please contact our office at 516-441-5060. In many cases, a simple phone call can quickly resolve any questions or misunderstandings.

Please note that patients are responsible for any fees not covered by their dental insurance plan, including deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and non-covered services.
